Freshies Wood Fired is looking for pizza artists who will take pride in preparing artisan, wood-fired pizza and who enjoy engaging with our valued customers. You might be catering a wedding one week and at a local fair the next.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows good food/product handling practices and preparation in accordance with Freshies Wood Fired guidelines.

Understands how to accept deliveries.
- Tracks information via handheld or paper processing.

Consistently performs to all food safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures as outlined in Freshies Wood Fired Food Manual.

Follows Freshies Wood Fired Pizza standards for overall kitchen appearance, cleanliness, and organization.

Uses only approved products and items for food preparation, cleaning, and safety.

Prepares, cooks, & packages all food products in accordance with Freshies Wood Fired specifications.
- Travel required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ServSafe a plus
