Production Worker

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently preparing food products for our customers. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and combine ingredients following recipes to create doughs, batters, and other bakery products.

• Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment to bake bread and other baked goods.

• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the bakery’s standards.

• Package baked goods for display and sale, ensuring they are properly labeled with ingredients and expiration dates.

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring ingredient supplies and notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary production environment.

• Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and ensure the timely delivery of fresh products to customers.

• Occasionally assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service when working in a front-facing role.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
