Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

Enhance the customer experience by executing six steps of the customer promise.

Complies with all food safety and regulatory requirements.

Performs all aspect of cashiering.

Performs prepping, cleaning, and stocking and other daily duties per tasks list.

May perform pizza making duties.

Promptly notifies management of customer service, security, safety, or inventory issues.

Performs all duties in compliance to the restaurant SOPs and other company expectations.

Overseeing operation of assigned shifts to include employee performance, customer service and all aspects of safety and security

Open availability, including nights and weekends

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
