- Leading field operations and technical support on assigned projects

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school or technical school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in a leadership role in building construction
- Strong knowledge of pump and machine repair, basic electrical knowledge, and line and grade survey methods
- Familiarity with construction cost control and basic accounting procedures
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite programs and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
