Position Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Project Executive to manage high-profile clients in the Northern New England region. This role offers a career path to VP with total P&L and business development ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects in NH, ME, and VT.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project goals.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the utility/energy sector or other construction disciplines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with high-profile client interfaces and business development.
- Knowledge of energy transition projects (e.g., decarbonization) is a plus.
- Familiarity with high-profile projects like the Eversource Geothermal Pilot and Dartmouth Decarbonization.
