Your knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking will be crucial as you connect design concepts with feasibility, articulating them in ways that resonate both within the team and to external stakeholders.Responsibilities : Curate and present FF&E, lighting, material palettes, and art concepts to clients.Mentor junior team members and foster a nurturing environment for growth.Connect design concepts with feasibility and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.A minimum of eight years of experience in the industry.Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe InDesign.Familiarity with mixed-use, multi-family, workplace, and hospitality projects.Preferred Experience : Experience with apartment art installations, civic, commercial, cultural, gallery, grocery stores, hospitality, museum, residential, supermarket, and transport infrastructure projects.Preferred Skills : 3D, 3DS Max, ArchiCad, AutoCAD 3D.The role offers a robust platform for professional development, with opportunities for continuing education and a work environment that embraces openness and collaboration.
