What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Admin position at R.J. Corman Railroad Group?
Real Estate Administrator needed for R.J. Corman Group in Nicholasville, KY. Central function of position will be assisting with the processing of real estate-related documents.
Job Requirements:
- Provide and review application packets for third party occupations, provide agreements and coordinate projects.
- Payables and receivables.
- Scan agreements, file, maintain leases, update spreadsheets and information in Lease Database System.
- Prepare correspondence and basic agreements.
- Provide property information to the field personnel regarding structures, right of way lines, ownership of property, etc.
- Provide Public Project information packets, obtaining certificates of insurance and track projects.
- Assist in other projects as needed.
The preferred candidate should have a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Person should have good Microsoft Word and Excel skills and an attention to detail. Good written communication skills and ability to multitask. A basic understanding of real estate and leases is a plus.
