Responsibilities:
Installing, and dismantling of signal structures and components such as foundations, equipment housing, cable, and switches
Digging and filling holes and trenches
Climbing poles and ladders
Operating power/non-power hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, files, wrenches, pliers, shovels, picks, axes, cutters, and sledgehammers
Operating manual machinery and heavy equipment; and unreels and installs wire and cables overhead and underground.
Installing railroad signaling and grade crossing warning systems and devices throughout North America, in all weather conditions.
