R.J. Corman Railroad Group is seeking a skilled Train Crew Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe daily operation of trains, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment according to established guidelines, with emphasis on safety, FRA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
- Conduct yard operations, including coupling cars, moving parts, and building trains.
- Develop teamwork skills, working closely with personnel at all levels to achieve train-handling objectives.
Requirements:
- Driver's License required.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic reading/math skills essential.
- Able to lift 80lbs, walk long distances, and work in varied weather conditions.
