Duties:
- Proficiently carry a grade given a known reference point.
- Should be able to carry a grade on a slope when provided a visible reference or grade.
- Able to direct multiple trucks on a site when involved with a fill operation.
- Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Interested in pursuing additional training related to the construction industry is a plus.
- Having installation experience with all types of utilities, water, sewer, drainage, gas, and electric.
- Perform daily maintenance such as greasing of the machine
- Able to climb in and out of the machine multiple times during a shift
- Able to traverse rough and uneven ground conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 year experience operating bulldozer
- Must have experience operating in the earthwork industry.
- Must be able to safely operate equipment around other workers, utilities, equipment, and other obstacles.
- Experience with gps equipped machines is a plus.
- Certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and MSHA are a plus.
