What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Engagement Associate position at R J GRONER?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist with outbound calling and appointment scheduling. This is an in person position at our office in Stroudsburg.
Responsibilities include:
Generate service appointments through our customer database - no cold calling
Enter lead information and appointment date into computer
Maintain database of customer leads
Requirements:
Excellent attendance
Excellent verbal communication
Strong telephone skills
Self motivated
Persuasiveness
Time management
Hours required are 4 weekdays from Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm – 8:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 3:00pm. This is not 6 days a week, you choose 1 day during the week to be off.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as well as a criminal background check.
