The Job
- Front-line Client Service Representative … answers incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner from clients placing service calls or toner orders, represents RK Black with an “I’m here to help” positive attitude
- Gathers information, creates service tickets and supply orders using industry software
- Follows established procedures to prioritize service requests and assign appropriate technician
- Resolves common software and hardware issues for copy/print/scan devices
- Invoices billable service calls, enters closed call information
- Ensures service calls are handled promptly & effectively, escalating priority calls appropriately
- Responds to all communication from clients, co-workers and managers in a timely manner
- Enjoys providing excellent client service and helping build a positive, fun work environment

- Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong ability to accomplish tasks set before him or her
- Has effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues & managers Team player, able to work under moderate pressure created by deadlines and work volume
Education & Work Requirements
- College Degree preferred; high school degree required
- Some technical training/education a plus
- Call center experience is a plus Minimum two years’ client service experience using dispatch software; four years preferred
Physical Requirements
- Can communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Able to stand, move freely, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to use hands to operate a phone, computer, copier, filing system, etc.
- Well groomed, neat, clean professional appearance
Miscellaneous

Wage: Commensurate with experience
