Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in commercial swimming pool maintenance, equipment installation and plumbing. As a Commercial Swimming Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' swimming pool equipment is functioning properly. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Service weekly pool route - checking water chemistry, equipment operation / calibration, preventative maintenance schedule, and chemical stocking.
- Commercial swimming pool equipment repairs and replacement such as pumps, motors, filter work, UV systems, heaters, and chemical systems.
- ADA compliant handicap lift installation and repairs.
- Plumbing repairs and installation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose many different types of swimming pool equipment from various manufacturers.
- Recommend equipment upgrades as needed.
- Train and learn manufacturer certified installations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their pool systems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used during each visit.
