We are looking for a traveling superintendent with effective communication and time management skills.
The successful individual for our Project Superintendent position will have considerable commercial general contracting experience in managing subcontractors, overseeing all aspects of the commercial construction process and communicating electronically with the main office. Demonstrated experience must be shown in both areas of site improvements and vertical construction. The ideal candidate will also be flexible and willing to work on various or succeeding projects as needed.

- Maintaining the overall construction schedule and completion dates of the project, providing input during the scheduling exercises prior to and throughout the project
- Manage the overall project budget and provide value engineering opportunities throughout the project
- Direct and supervise all on-site subcontractors and laborers
- Verify all construction and installation processes for quality, including affirming measurements and elevations of buildings, streets, utilities, and other structures
- Ensure all city, county and state construction codes and regulations are met
- Ensure all safety requirements are met and provide weekly safety meeting for all persons on-site at all phases of the project
- Must be able to evaluate and develop solutions to problems and questions from subcontractors and other workers on-site
- Schedule and lead all inspections
- Schedule and coordinate all deliveries
- Attend all company meetings representing current projects, including monthly meetings at various locations with owners
- Reporting throughout the job, including daily & weekly jobsite reports and completion reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Master Level of Blue Print reading
- Bilingual preferred, but not necessary
