Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Employee Benefits Account Manager role located in Nottingham, MD. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, assessing and analyzing clients' benefits needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and providing ongoing support to clients regarding their benefits packages.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Active Life & Health license
- Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CEBS, RHU) a plus
