Terminal Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Terminal Manager to lead our Danville, IL Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and directing all service center operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve profitable results, including revenue growth, cost control, and yield improvement.
- Oversee personnel actions, such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
- Lead, educate, and develop employees to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify, acquire, and retain customers.
- Prepare and implement action plans to ensure planned productivity and service goals are met.
- Establish and enforce safety, security, and loss prevention procedures in accordance with Company, OSHA, and DOT guidelines.
- Maintain the clean and safe working condition of the facility and equipment.
- Submit financial and operational reports and action plans as directed.
- Interpret, implement, and enforce Service Center Work Instructions and Company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Director.
