Linehaul Dispatcher
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

R L Carriers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Linehaul Dispatcher to work in our Marietta, GA Service Center to plan, direct and coordinate the movement of regional and national LTL shipments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing geographical specific plans to insure service standards are achieved in the most economical means possible.
- Direct the use of Purchased Transportation and Intermodal
- Coordinate LCV lanes in geographical areas. (when required)
- Reduce partial and empty dispatches by managing freight flow and resources.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience and education a plus!
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience using PC, Database and Mainframe applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
