A very BUSY professional woman is looking for a Personal Assistant! This is a high impact position reporting directly to the CEO/owner of several businesses.
We're looking for someone who operates like a Military Attaché: with enthusiasm, precision and dedication. We want a polished professional who loves detail and is charged by multi-tasking in a variety of settings: both formal and informal. We are looking for someone who can keep up, who is willing to wear a variety of hats and enjoys travel!
This person solves problems before they arise, is quick on their feet, and sees tasks through from beginning to end. He or she will travel with the CEO/owner to provide administrative support, keep her calendar, schedule appointments, make reservations, manage correspondence clothing shop, drive, make travel arrangements, help pack for trips, and plan events.
This person will assist in the development of and executing office-level sales plans. Growing the business through developing local partnerships, managing office community involvement, and modeling and coaching sales and new client growth tactic. Ensuring outstanding client service.
He or she will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, on boarding of all employees, as well as coaching, leading and managing employees, to meet and exceed growth and service quality goals.
The successful candidate will manage office staff, operations, and logistics.
Must have a positive attitude, organizational and creative problem-solving skills, be adaptable to change and capable of practicing the utmost discretion in regard to the principle and his family.
He or she must be technologically savvy, proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word, familiar with iPads, iPhones and exercise technology (FitBit). Must be a go-getter, and work well under pressure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Anticipate needs of CEO and provide first class service to her in a variety of settings.
- Travel with Executive domestically and serving as Assistant: manage calendar, monitor and forward emails, facilitate outgoing correspondence including dictated letters, schedule appointments in Outlook.
- Keep passports and other essential documents up to date and ready for travel.
- Keep digitized records of all credit cards, passports, driver’s licenses and insurance documents.
- Drive executive to and from meetings, classes and activities as requested
- Provide assistance with meal preparation and packing from time to time as needed
Requirements:
- High School required. Some College preferred. The applicant must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy is required.
- An excellent driving record is a must for this job.
- A reliable automobile is desired but may be negotiable.
- There is a specific weekday schedule but the employee must be flexible and have the ability to provide additional time when notified in advance. The schedule does require some limited weekend availability.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality is a non-negotiable requirement.
- The employee must be extremely reliable and always on time. This is also non-negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
