- Responsibilities: * Assist in project planning, workflow design, system configuration, and testing. * Support go-live activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training. * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with clinical and operational workflows. * Provide post-go-live support and optimization services to enhance system utilization and efficiency. * Knowledge of Epic upgrades and new releases.
Engagement Details: * Resource Interchangeability: The selected vendor must provide a pool of Epic-certified resources that can be interchanged based on our changing support needs. This includes the ability to add or swap team members with appropriate certifications and experience promptly as the project evolves. * Duration: Contract length of 3-6 months, with potential for ongoing support * Location: Hybrid * Hours: Full-time
Qualifications:Vendor’s staff augmentation resources must have the following key qualifications: * Proven expertise in Epic software, with the flexibility to provide various certified professionals as needs change. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Capacity to provide a seamless transition when interchanging resources, ensuring consistent project support.
