Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the healthcare environment.
Skills
- Proficient in Patient Care techniques and best practices.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Medical Records management and Medical Documentation processes.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate within the healthcare setting.
- Solid understanding of Anatomy knowledge for accurate assessments and interventions.
