THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR OFFICE ASSISTANT
THE PAY:
$13 - $15 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
This position works Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
YOUR ROLE:
You're responsible for handling essential administrative duties that keep our dealership efficient and productive. This hands-on role allows you to gain valuable experience in various aspects of the business as you help out in areas like payment collection, data entry, and social media. Participating in cross training, you learn how to accurately process payments, maintain records, contact customers about overdue bills, and fill in for staff who are out for the day. You also create and post engaging social media content to spread the word about our dealership and help attract more business.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to use a computer and various software
- Typing skills
- Organizational skills
The ideal candidate has experience creating social media content. Experience using Excel, Word, and Meta platforms would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position.
