Grinder Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Lake Geneva, WI
Pay: Starts at $18/hr
Shift Premium: $1/hour for 2nd shift

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and set up grinding machines
- Optimize setup times and run rates
- Safely handle abrasive wheels and dress/replace grind wheels
- Perform quality checks and record data
- Identify and report nonconformances
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
- Familiarity with inspection tools and data input
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- High School Diploma/GED (manufacturing experience a plus)
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and hand use
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
- Possible exposure to high temperatures

2nd shift hours:
Monday - Thursday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am & Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
40 hours/week
Overtime available at times but never mandatory
Salary : $18
