What You’ll Do
- Lead the quality team and ensure daily operations align with company goals.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and meet their quality expectations.
- Partner with plant and operations leadership to develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures for continuous improvement.
- Manage customer complaint investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform and lead internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance with ISO 13485.
- Oversee supplier quality, inspection plans, sampling strategies, and product validation activities.
- Drive data-based decision-making through defect analysis, reporting, and action planning.
- Act as the Quality Management System Representative, ensuring adherence to all quality standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing quality teams.
- Expertise in CAPA management, ISO 13485 compliance, and quality tools like 8-D, PFMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, and MSA.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
