Snow Removal - Experienced HEO Loader Operator

R.M. Landscape is a growing company with a large portfolio of commercial properties in which we provide superior snow and ice management services throughout Western NY. Our Snow Removal – HEO Loader will utilize snow management using various heavy equipment to keep our clients' sites clear of snow and reduce the hazards of ice. The ideal candidate must love working outdoors in all types of cold weather in this challenging position. We value reliability and commitment.

***MUST have 5 years of Front Loader & Snow Removal Experience***

Direct-to-Site: Gates & Henrietta

Responsibilities:

• Direct-to-Site report with Large Loader/Mini Loader/Skid Steer for Snow Removal, Salter, and/or Shoveling duties
• Work with Site/Route Managers to clear snow and manage ice per company standards
• Maintain a safe job site, ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged from removal efforts
• Maintain and care for heavy equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt
• Operate, prepare, and inspect various machinery ensuring equipment is in top condition and appropriate for site

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Required)
• 5 years: Large Loader, Mini Loader, and/or Skid Steer Experience using various size push (Required)
• Ability to learn and be trained (Required)
• Ability to perform physical work (strength and endurance to lift and shovel snow), work outdoors (in cold weather conditions), maneuver a shovel effectively, and walk long distances (on wet, ice, and/or snow) in various weather conditions (Required)
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs safely and with assistance (Required)
• Open/Flexible Availability (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to site (Required)
• Valid NYS Driver License (Required)
• Follow all safety guidelines and use safety equipment (Required)

• On-Call/Weather Dependent work
