We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join the team in our Customer Service Department
- Full Time working Sundays - Thursdays 8am - 430pm
This is a hourly position.
This positions include 10 paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and 401k retirement.
Full Time includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurances.
This position is located in Westfield, MA with a casual work environment.
- Customer Service skills; in person and over the telephone 1year minimum of Customer Service Experience
- Computer Experience (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Data Entry
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle busy telephones
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed
- Teamplayer
- Communication skills
- Must be a mature, dependable responsible individual
- Bilingual Preferred but not required
