Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
- Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for patient care and a commitment to professional growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
