Qualifications
- Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience
- Must have knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
- Crew leaders must have ability to read plans
- Ability to lead and mentor crew members
- Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
- Reliability a must
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs
