Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Estimator to join our Landscape Construction Estimating Team.
This role will support and drive the estimating and bidding process of complex landscape construction jobs including projects on Institutional, Civil Construction, Site work, and similar projects

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Estimator to join our Landscape Construction Estimating Team.
This role will support and drive the estimating and bidding process of complex landscape construction jobs including projects on Institutional, Civil Construction, Site work, and similar projects
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple large-scale landscape estimates and bids, specializing in Site and Civil Construction and bids
- Utilize industry connections to drive project leads and assure large site and civil project wins
- Ensure company financial and schedule standards are properly planned for
- Perform quantity takeoffs from project plans to determine material and resource needs
- Identify and assess potential risks to project costs and schedules
- Create positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors to gather competitive quotes and negotiate as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience bidding and estimating large projects of 750k specifically civil construction and/or high-end, fine detailed projects
- Aptitude for technology- willing and able to learn new software, with preference for experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Onscreen Takeoff
- Strong communication and organizational skills
