Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Systems and Data Analyst to work as part of the Technology team.
This role will require you to identify and resolve problems, communicate and work effectively independently and as part of a team, take initiative to maintain the momentum of the organizational requirements and exercise collaboration and attention to detail.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Systems and Data Analyst to work as part of the Technology team.

Position Summary
The Systems and Data Analyst is an important member of our technology and data team. The position is responsible for maintaining data systems, analyzing data, and developing critical reports that will allow for data-driven decision making.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Using our company’s current business operation software, Aspire.
- Building reports/dashboards for different roles in the company.
- Creating best practices on utilizing the software to maximize efficiency and profitability in the company.
- Analyzing data in the system to help managers understand pricing and cost strategies.
- Creating/maintaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and training staff.
- Updating configuration and layouts as business evolves.
- Coordinating with Aspire Care support team on requests.
- Utilizing Excel and Power BI for advanced data analysis outside of our systems.
- Utilizing Smartsheet to supplement the workflows of our systems.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Smartsheet to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Keeping company up to date on all the new releases and improvements to our business systems.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Managing action items and outstanding issues for the project.
- Ensuring the security setup of users and roles is completed for each system.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in data science, information technology or other relevant fields.
- Technical writing experience including queries, report writing, and presentations.
- Must be able to interact with business users and leadership of varying experience levels (executives to managers to accounting staff to operations crew).
- Aspire software experience is desirable.
- Excel experience is required.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
- Smartsheet experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to learn new business processes and data flows.
- Landscape industry and/or construction industry background is preferred.
- Overall, you should be curious with a can-do attitude, while navigating various priorities and personalities with overlapping timelines and resources.
