Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team here at R P's Bar & Pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our wonderful guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable.
• Handle cash register operations accurately while maintaining accountability for all transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or nightclub industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safe service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
