Senior Combat Systems Test Coordinator
R&P Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced professional to join our US Navy RTN DDG Support Team.
We are a defense contractor providing engineering, logistics, program management and technical services to government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate Combat system equipment installations
- Execute and track Combat System Stage Tests
- Validate US Navy Combat Systems and associated equipment in the combat suite
- Perform hands-on testing in one or more areas of Combat Systems: ICOMMS, EXCOMMS, Crypto, SPY radars, VLS, CEC, SLQ-32, TLAM
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of testing experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on testing experience with multiple areas of Combat
- 15 years of experience without a degree OR 10-13 years of experience with a degree
- Associate's Degree preferred
Desirable Skills:
- Background in Combat System concept of operations
- Cable testing
- Electromagnetic Interference testing
- Product Configuration Identification testing
- Interior Communications equipment and systems, radar systems
- General Navigation Aids, electronic, mechanical, and electrical primary and support equipment testing
- Communications equipment testing
- Cryptographic systems testing
- Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements
- Experience with testing in an AGILE environment
