Looking for a take charge individual who can get results. The ability to continue our positive sales trends, as well as controlling cost centers. The ideal candidate will want to be a General Manager in a relatively short time period! Need good grasp of all aspects of a restaurant, to include but not limited to kitchen operations, guest service in the front of the house and bar.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service in our establishment. Your premium skills in inventory control and cash handling, combined with relevant experience in casual dining and catering, will enable you to maintain high standards and efficiency in our food service operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient food service and management.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and food preparation.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry.
- Strong background in hospitality and kitchen management, with supervisory experience.
- Proficient in food preparation and inventory control, including familiarity with POS systems such as Focus and Aloha.
- Experience in casual and fine dining environments, as well as banquet and catering services.
- Excellent team management and interviewing skills, with a focus on collaboration with sales.
