- 3 years of experience as a BCBA
- Master’s degree or higher
- Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred)
- Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels
- Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others
- Creating and implementing training programs
- Supporting Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork
- Training and mentoring new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors
- Collaborating with our onboarding team for new hires
- Conducting company-wide ABA trainings every other month
- Managing a supervisory caseload
- Other similar leadership tasks
