Position Overview/Job Description: We are looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of our products, collaborating with stakeholders and developers, and delivering value to our customers.

You will be the voice of the customer and the vision of the product, ensuring that the team understands the goals and expectations of the business. You will also be involved in testing, validating, and evaluating the products, as well as communicating feedback and progress to the management and other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensures the development team is working on the highest-value features
• Creating product roadmaps
• Serves as the primary advocate for stakeholders
• Incorporates and prioritizes feedback from stakeholders
• Supports Agile development process by working with developers, QA, project management, and stakeholders.
• Translates feedback into specific product features and manages the backlog
• Create user stories representing stakeholder requirements
• Becomes THE expert on the product and subsequently key problem solver for stakeholders whether prioritizing new solutions or detailing alternative solutions within current product capabilities

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar role in a software development environment
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and guiding cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of product development
• Excellent communication skills, particularly listening
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and guiding cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Ability to analyze and prioritize customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities

Education Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or continued education in a related field is preferred.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $75,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
