R&R Heating and A / C is a locally owned HVAC company seeking a commercial service account manager to join our team. As the commercial service account manager, you will be responsible for procuring and managing commercial service customer book of business to provide top-quality HVAC services to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about raising the bar in our industry, with a focus on quality and trust.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain a commercial service portfolio to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Build and sell commercial service agreements with new and existing customers.
- Manager new customer database and network to establish new agreements.
- Utilize HVAC and maintenance best practices to grow R&R existing client service agreements.
- Mentor and motivate the commercial service team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatch service calls by commercial service coordinator to maintain customer expectations.
- Implement R&R policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Report to Vice president of commercial operations to maintain department-wide goals and objectives.
- Communicate clearly and build a rapport with Team Members.
- Comply with customer satisfaction metrics and evaluate performance.
- Bring the energy, you set the tone every day.
- Conduct onsite walk-throughs with owners on all completed commercial department projects.
