Position Summary :
As a Retro HVAC Apprentice at R&R Heating, you will be pivotal in executing our mission of improving lives and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. This position involves assessing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems, focusing on retrofitting modern systems into existing residential and commercial properties. Essential Job Functions :
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to determine the best HVAC solutions for retrofitting into existing structures.
- Install HVAC systems, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and adherence to the latest energy efficiency standards.
- Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations to clients on system operations, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving tips.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely completion of projects and to resolve any installation or retrofit challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and retrofitting techniques to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installation and maintenance activities.

Apprentice 1 : Knowledge Education and Experience
Expectation to acquire proper licensing within a reasonable timeframe. Eligible for reimbursement by R & R.
