Cook’s Direct, Inc., located in Woodridge, Illinois, is a distributor and the reselling leader of commercial kitchen supplies and equipment for large volume foodservice operations. Our employees strive to provide the best products and most knowledgeable response to our customers. This is a hybrid position - 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist who will play a critical role in the development and optimization of content for Cook's ecommerce marketplaces, such as Amazon and Walmart. This includes building, managing and optimizing listings; conducting keyword research and expansion; and managing marketplace advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will also have a background in graphic design, with experience in creating visually appealing product images and descriptions to maximize visibility and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Create new product listings, including product images and descriptions, to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Regularly review, maintain, and optimize existing product listings to improve conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for marketplace listings to improve visibility and rankings.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, analyzing and reporting to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure listings align with brand standards and marketing strategies.
- Utilize design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva to enhance product images and create compelling visuals for listings.
