REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of proven successful sales or insurance experience
- Proficiency with Windows based programs
- Database functionality and internet navigation skills
- Efficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast paced environment
- P&C Insurance License is a plus
- Means to conduct local travel required

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire new accounts and retain clients, working in partnership with sales leaders and a service-oriented team.
- Implement marketing plans, prospect and schedule client appointments
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on our target market of companies.
- Present a variety of carriers and coverages while working close with R&R service team, to support and close new business sales, maintain renewals and change requests.
- Assist in building proposals and conducting client presentations.
- Establish technical knowledge necessary to communicate solutions effectively.
