At R&R Insurance, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Claims Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues—guiding them through complex, high-impact claims, offer risk management strategies with confidence, clarity, and expertise.

What You’ll Do:
- Communicate complex policy language into clear, strategic guidance for clients navigating property, liability, and specialty claims
- Partner with adjusters, attorneys, and executives to bring high-exposure claims across the finish line—cleanly and confidently
- Dig deep into legal matters, forensic reports, and loss documentation to build airtight strategies for resolution and recovery
- Lead client-facing conversations with authority: claim reviews, settlement negotiations, carrier discussions and more
- Shape the future: identify claim trends, recommend risk control improvements, and help clients strengthen their programs
- Bring calm decision-making in the wake of catastrophic events, litigation, or regulatory action—you’re the risk management first responder
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 10 years of experience in commercial claims, litigation management, or risk consulting—and love the impact you make
- Bachelor’s degree required (JD, MBA, CPCU, ARM, AIC, or CCLA = serious bonus points)
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain proper licensure
- A toolbox full of: advanced knowledge of policy forms, claims strategy, litigation support, financial modeling, legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Fluent in insurance logic and human empathy—able to communicate with underwriters, lawyers, and clients like a pro
- Be the connection that people turn to when things go sideways—and trust to make them right
- Familiarity with sectors like construction, manufacturing, real estate, education and transportation makes you an even better fit
- A knack for public speaking and delivering presentations that educate and inform in an engaging manner
