What you'll do : Plans and executes marketing of organization's products and services by performing the following duties.
- Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
- Achieves commission income goal.
- Achieves satisfactory occupancy rates of assigned properties and ensures effective control of leasing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement falls within designated goal.
- Establishes and maintains relationships to find potential users of commercial space through prospecting of new tenants, working with existing tenants, and receiving referrals.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with outside brokers to generate new sales and renewal activity.
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue projections of organization.
- Conducts market research, monitors competitive products and leasing activities; including deal information (rental rates, operating expenses, T.I. allowances) and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Responsible for entering and updating prospect information in customer database (CRM or YARDI- Deal Manager).
- Conducts frequent inspections of selected properties to make sure they are in marketable condition.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout the brokerage and business community.
- Reviews personal and property activity reports to determine progress, status, and accuracy in obtaining goals.
- Ensures effective control of personal expense account to guarantee that it falls within designated budget.
- Drives to R&R properties and various locations as the position requires.
What it takes to join our team : Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two to five years Sales, Marketing or Commercial Real Estate experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
