What you'll do : The Leasing Manager shows and leases apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
• Assists Property Manager with make ready process including walking all vacant apartments and conducting pre-move out inspections. Control and manage vacant make ready lists to assist Property Manager in determining specials, timely turnaround time and quality of work performed.
• Assists Property Manager with updating website advertising and other advertising needs as assigned. Manager leasing promotion banners, flyers, signs, etc. Maintain models, mini models and vacant units in show condition.
• Assists Property Manager in managing / training leasing staff with leasing skills and Fair Housing Regulations.
• Perform leasing duties of apartments to all new prospects, including managing email responses to websites, phone calls, appointments and walk in traffic. Prepare lease paperwork and move in inspections and appointments.
• Resident relations : Manage all resident retention functions in conjunction with Property Manager (parties, movie night, special promos).
• Manage social media sites, including updates and postings.
• Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
• Completes administrative duties (data entry, customer service, answering phones).
• Route service requests through the work order system. Completes administrative tasks as assigned.
• Work overtime and evenings / weekends to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction, as required.
• Comply with Fair Housing and applicable Tax Credit laws.
