What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at R&R marketing group llc?
The CSR will oversee our client accounts and maintain positive and helpful relationships, you will also act as a liaison between our sales / compliance department. You will gain detailed knowledge of our products and policies. CSRs should act as team players and contribute to the goals and success of all departments and the company mission. We are looking for a bright and ambitious teammate who wants to be a part of our growing company.
This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. This position is a full-time opportunity with advancement opportunities for the right person to help manage the campaign and client expectations, as well as be involved with training and overseeing staff members.
We provide weekly pay and plenty of advancement opportunities. No previous experience is required, as we fully train. We do require that you have integrity, punctuality, and are serious about your career. Our ideal candidate is a person who is flexible, adaptable and trainable.
