R&R PROPERTY PRESERVATION LLC - RECRUITMENT FOR PROPERTY PRESERVATION in Hibbing, MN.
R&R Property Preservation LLC focuses on maintenance and preservation services to foreclosed and tenant properties around different states. In addition, we maintain an excellent reputation with our clients who are one of the largest and leading nationals all over the country, having been in the business for several years.
As part of our ongoing efforts to expand, we are now recruiting for Minnesota with first-rate offers and packages for all the new contractors. We are looking for vendors with experience in the following areas:
MN- Hibbing, Brooklyn, Grand Rapids, Bovey, Coleraine, Marble, Calumet, Nashwauk, Chisholm
#Complete work orders on time at 10 distinct properties on time in a month to earn an additional $150.00 bonus.
#Also, more rewards and bonuses based on work volume completion.

***Most importantly, based on work quality and client satisfaction, the payment is often fast-tracked to 2-3 days in case of superior performance shown by the contractor.

# Trash-out
# Inspections
# Winterization
# Lock Changes
# Debris Removal

# Electronic completion and Submission of documentation
