Description:
R&R Solutions is looking to hire an individual that is experienced in general maintenance of industrial equipment, including some light duty electrical wiring. This position will also be responsible for building and grounds care along with performing plumbing repairs as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances
- Perform grounds maintenance such as garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.
- Perform plumbing repairs as needed.
- Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines
- Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
- Based on the above essential functions this job is considered to be a safety sensitive job function.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
- Creative problem solving, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 75 lbs
- Ability to work from standing, sitting, kneeling and stooping positions
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed)
- Ability to always maintain safety while on the job
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to operate a forklift is preferred
