Hours: Mon - Fri 11AM - 8PM with one weekend per month required
Pay Rate: starting at $21/hr dependent on experience
Responsibilities
- Book/schedule installation appointments for in-field crews
- Prepare and provide necessary paperwork to install crews timely
- Confirm install dates and times with customers
- Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms
- Takes receipt of work orders and enters data in system for accurate billing of completed work
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum two years of exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in trade dispatching or service is preferred
