Responsibilities
As a Plumbing Technician, you'll be responsible for residential and commercial service work with a focus on drain and sewer systems, including:
- Diagnosing and solving customer plumbing issues
- Drain cleaning with cameras, hydro-jet, and line locating equipment
- Sewer and water line repairs and replacements
- Installing new drainage systems to code
- Operating equipment (excavators, trenchers, jackhammers, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Educating customers on preventative maintenance
- Emergency response when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience, especially in drain/sewer services
- Experience with water heater replacement is a plus
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed
