Gardening Crew Foreman

About the Role:

Rockfield | R&S Landscaping is seeking an experienced and motivated Enhancement/Gardening Crew Foreman to be lead foreman of our landscaping crew and deliver top-quality gardening services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will directly work with the garden Team manager to service the monthly gardening route.
• Will need to be able to hand-prune shrubs and ornamental trees, care for perennials, plant annuals, weed, edge and cultivate beds
• Be able to identify plant and lawn care issues
• Must be able to manage a team of gardeners, assign tasks, and monitor quality
• Must be proactive in identifying clients' needs, both for quality and upselling opportunities.
• Must be able to interact with clients to manage their expectations and to ensure any issues are brought to the manager’s attention
• Will have to use tablet and Aspire software

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, with 3 years in fine gardening
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and crew
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks required for the role

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
