Job Description: Part-Time Non-Faculty Head Boys Soccer Coach
R-S Middle School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Boys Soccer Coach for its middle school soccer program. This is a part-time, seasonal position responsible for leading, developing, and managing the boys soccer team. The coach will foster a positive and competitive environment that promotes sportsmanship, skill development, teamwork, and academic achievement.
Position: Part-Time Football Coach (Non-Faculty)
Location: R-S Middle School
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
Compensation: Stipend (No Benefits)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead practices and games for the boys soccer team.
- Teach fundamental and advanced soccer skills appropriate for middle school athletes.
- Promote good sportsmanship, character development, and teamwork among players.
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school staff, and athletic administration.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and travel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players at all times.
- Maintain equipment and assist with field preparation as needed.
- Adhere to all school, district, and athletic conference policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching or playing experience in soccer is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with middle school-aged students.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must pass all required background checks and complete any necessary coaching certifications as required by the district or state.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate practices and games, typically after school hours.
Position Details:
