About the Role:

- Store Management: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, reflecting R-Stores' brand image and stocked with fresh products, meeting customer expectations and driving sales growth.
- Expense Control: Proactively manage store expenses, optimizing resources and minimizing waste, ensuring efficient use of budget and maximizing profitability, and contributing to the success of R-Stores.
- Sales Programs: Develop and implement effective sales programs, driving business results and exceeding targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of R-Stores, and establishing the company as a market leader.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- Retail and/or Food Management experience, preferably with a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
- Flexibility and adaptability, willing to work any shift as needed, ensuring availability and responsiveness to business needs, and contributing to the success of R-Stores.
- Occasional travel for regional and district meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams, and driving business results.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle, facilitating efficient store operations and logistics, and contributing to the success of R-Stores.
- Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth and loyalty of R-Stores' customer base, and driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers alike, and contributing to the success of R-Stores.
- Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores), enhancing leadership skills and expertise, and preparing for future challenges and opportunities, and driving business results.
