Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older.
- Retail and/or Food Management experience, preferably with a proven track record of success.
- Flexibility and adaptability, willing to work any shift as needed.
- Occasional travel for regional and district meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle, facilitating efficient store operations.
- Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores), enhancing leadership skills and expertise.
